This was my first opportunity to be a commencement speaker. When a person fails to blame, he increases his growth capacity, but if the blame is always some other person, place, or thing. That same person will remain in a stagnant state watching those around them progress. Fail, Fail to blame!

I was asked to speak about building relationships. In building relationships, God helped me to see that two key barriers against successful, solid, and lasting relationships are fear and pride. The prayer is that this video will inspire viewers to remove those barriers and become bold and intentional about building solid relationships.
